Zyxel Launches SMB VPN Firewall

Anaheim-based Zyxel has launched a new firewall for the small- and medium-sized business market this morning, aimed at connecting headquarters and multiple branch offices. According to Zyxel, its new USG2200-VPN VPN Firewall provides VPN connections, combined with anti-spam, content filtering, hotspot management, and device high availability features. The company said the new device can support over 3,000 VPN tunnels, and is aimed at conencted company resources between branch offices, partner offices, telecommuters, BYOD environments, and mobile employees. The new product has an MSRP of $8,999.
