Activision Blizzard Approves Transparency Efforts, But No Employee Seat

Shareholders at Santa Monica-based Activision Blizzard approved a proposal by New York State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli to publicly report on efforts to stop workplace discrimination and harassment, but rejected a bid by employees for a seat on the board. The company has been under siege for gender harassment and other issues at the company.
