Activision Blizzard Ordered To Pay $18M To Settle Discrimination Lawsuit
Santa Monica-based game publisher Activision Blizzard has been ordered to pay $18 million, to settle a federal lawsuit accusing the company of fostering a sexist and discriminatory workplace. The ruling comes as a result of a lawsuit from the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and will go towards an $18M fund for employees who experienced harassment at the company. The lawsuit is only one of several currently underway against Activision Blizzard.
