Activision Blizzard Plans Union Negotiations At Raven Software

Santa Monica-based Activision Blizzard says it pans to start negotiations with the Communications Workers of America, related to the 27 quality assurance employees at Raven Software. Raven Software's QA employees voted to join a union in May, the first in the industry to attempt to unionize. Activision Blizzard subsequently raised pay--it says "significantly increased starting pay for QA specialists" after the unionization vote, but excluded all Raven Software employees from that pay raise.
