Additional Fisker Entities Go Into Chapter 11

Los Angeles-based Fisker Automotive said on Wednesday that Fisker Inc. and its other U.S. subsidiaries have entered into Chapter 11, following the Chapter 11 filing of parent company Fisker Group Inc. on Monday. According to Fisker, discussions regarding the sale of its assets remain ongoing. The company has set up a Chapter 11 website, and says it is represented by Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP as legal advisors and Huron Consulting Group as restructuring advisor. Fisker filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the District of Delaware on June 17th.
