Alltius Gets Win In India

Irvine-based Alltius, which develops generative AI software, said it has signed on a customer in India. According to the company, it has signed on a "leading retail full-service broking house" as a customer. Financial details of the win were not announced. Alltius claims its customer in India is reducing its support costs by $120,000 per month, with a "over 45% ticket deflection" within a month of implementation.
