Archos Rolls Out Multimedia Device
Irvine-based Archos has rolled out another portable device, this time a new pocket-sized device for showing video, photos, and for listening to music. The company's new Gmini 402 Pocket Multimedia Center, an upgrade from the company's existing Gmini 400. The new device supports a 20 gigabyte hard drive, video, audio, and photo playback, and features a 2.2" color LCD screen. The device also includes a USB port and synchronization with Windows Media Player. Archos is a developer of portable media devices and MP3 players.
