AutoESL Design Technologies Gets $2.0M
AutoESL Design Technologies, a electronic design automation (EDA) firm based on research out of UCLA, has received $2.0M in an ongoing funding, according to a regulatory filing by the firm today. According to the filing, the firm is in the midst of raising $4.5M for its technology, which is used for high level design synthesis in the semiconductor industry. AutoESL was co-founded by Jason Cong, a professor at the University of California, Los Angeles. The firm is now headquartered in Cupertino, but still maintains a Research & Development Center in Los Angeles.
