BuildOps Acquires PWSWARE

Los Angeles-based software developer BuildOps has acquired PWSWARE, the developer of two products--Perfectware Solutions and Shark Byte CRM--the company announced on Tuesday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. BuildOps develops management software for commercial contractors. BuildOps recently raised $50M in funding from 01 Advisors and Fika Ventures, and is led by CEO and co-founder Alok Chanani.
