CapLinked Tops $12 Billion In Deals Hosted
Manhattan Beach-based CapLinked, the developer of a service to help companies manage their fundraising activities and investors, has tallied up its deals for the last few months, saying Friday that it has now topped over $12 billion in deals hosted on the service. The firm said that, as of November it had $12 billion in deals being managed through the service, up from $4 billion in June. CapLinked said the largest volume of deals on the service is now real estate, with $3 billion in deals, followed by energy deals, representing $1.7 billion. CapLinked, headed by Eric Jackson and Christopher Grey, operates an online site which helps manage private investment deals and documents.
