Cornerstone OnDemand Boosts Board With Trio Of New Members
Santa Monica-based Cornerstone OnDemand, which develops cloud-based learning and human capital management software for the enterprise, said late Tuesday that it has nominated a trio of new members to its board of directors. According to Cornerstone OnDemand, it has nominated Elisa Steele, Richard Haddrill and Marcus Ryu for election to its board of directors, after an "extensive search". Steele was most recently CEO of Jive Software, and also had served at Microsoft, Skype, and Yahoo!; Steele also sits on the board of Splunk, and will represent private equity firm Silver Lake as the company's second representative on Cornerstone's board. Steele will also serve as Chair. Haddrill is Vice Chairman of Scientific Games Corporation, and also served on the boards of JDA Software and OutlookSoft, and previously was at Bally Technologies, Manhattan Associates and Powerhouse Technologies. Ryu is CEO of Guidewire Software, which he co-founded in 2001, and also served on the board of MuleSoft, among other positions.
