Cloud cybersecurity software developer CrowdStrike announced today that it has named Paul Bradley Shinn as its Chief Legal Officer. Shinn was previously Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Gigamon, and also had served at HP's Enterprise Group and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. According to Crowdstrike, Shinn's role at Gigamon included leading the company's successful initial public offering in 2013.
