Cue Health Files For Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, To Shut Down

San Diego-based healthcare technology company Cue Health said late Tuesday that is has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and plans to "wind down" its business. According to the company, the move comes after it failed to locate additional financing or "effect a strategic transaction". The company was listed on the Nasdaq as HLTH. Cue Health was developing healthcare software.
