DocuSource Acquired By Konica Minolta

Cerritos-based DocuSource, a provider of document management systems and equipment, has been acquired by Konica Minolta Business Solutions, Konica said Wednesday. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Minolta said that the buy will increase its document management systems, solutions and services in the southern California region. DocuSource was founded in 1990.
