Ecomom Raises $4M
Los Angeles-based Ecomom, an online retailer focused on organic food, eco-friendly clothing, and other similar products for children, headed by Jody Sherman, has raised $4M, according to reports. The funding came from Cue Ball Capital, plus angels Dave McClure, Tony Hsieh, Chamath Palihapitiya (Social+Capital Partners), Rohan Oza, 500 Startups, Matias de Tezanos, Rhodium Ventures, Walter Kortschak, Troy Carter, Crosslink Capital, Summit Series, Nala Investments, Paige Craig, Ed Wilson, Tom McInerney, Zac Zeitlin, Venture 51 and Bruce Leak. EcoMom has previously announced $2M in funding in its Series A; it's unclear if the new funding includes that earlier announced funding. More information »
