Elon Musk Still Under Investigation By SEC
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is still investigating Elon Musk, according to the WSJ, over the sale of 88,500 shares of Tesla stock by Musk's brother Kimbal right before a November tweet Elon Musk made asking his Twitter followers if he should sell his Tesla stock. According to the report, Kimbal Musk sold those shares immediately before Elon Musk's tweet, in a move which might have violated a rule that bars Tesla employees from trading on undisclosed information.
