EMN8 Shifts Manufacturing To IBM
San Diego-based EMN8, a developer of self-service, restaurant kiosks, said Monday that the firm is in a agreement with IBM, where the two will jointly manufacture, market, and support its products. EMN8 said it will transition production of its OrderM8 4000 kiosk hardware to IBM. The company also said they will mutually market EMN8's solutions. EMN8 is backed by GRP Partners, Sid R. Bass Assocites, and Fort Washington Capital. Financial details of the arrangement were not disclosed.
