ExoAnalytic Solutions Acquires UK Startup

Foothill Ranch-based ExoAnalytic Solutions, a developer of space domain awareness services for tracking space objects, said that it has acquired UK startup 3S Northumbria. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. According to ExoAnalytic, the deal will "significantly enhance" the availability of commercial, space domain awareness services to the UK Government and others. ExoAnalytic Solutions has a network of telescopes and software which track objects in orbit. The company's CEO is Dr. Douglas Hendrix.
