Fair Boosts Executive Team
Santa Monica-based vehicle subscription startup Fair, led by longtime automobile and startup veteran Scott Painter, is boosting its executive team, saying on Monday that it has added three new executives to its team. The company said it added Jay Trinidad as the company's Chief Product Officer, Pat Wilkinson as its GM of Exclusive Uber Program, and John Pierantoni as SVP of Finance and Risk. Trinidad previously served at Google and Discovery Networks; Wilkinson was previously a venture capitalist at Exponential Partners--one of Fair's early investors; and Pierantoni was previously Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer at TrueCar. In a hint towards Fair's intentions, the company pointed out that Pierantoni also had served as VP of Finance at Cornerstone OnDemand (through its IPO), Chief Accounting Officer of Ticketmaster Entertainment, and also served at Paramount Pictures. Wilkinson also had served at Lehman Brothers and Barclays as an investment banker in addition to his time in venture capital. Painter is the former CEO and founder of TrueCar, and has a long background in starting and funding technology companies in Southern California.
