FileTrek Raises $10M
Los Angeles-based FileTrek, a developer of cloud-based, enterprise, file sharing and tracking software, said today that it has raised $10M in a Series B funding round. The round was led by Anthem Venture Partners, Telesystem, and the Ontario Emerging Technologies Funds. FileTrek, which is led by Dale Quayle, the former CEO of Integrien, said it will use the funding to support the release of its product. FileTrek's software lets enterprise users securely share files, and track changes to that content and data. FileTrek's board includes William Woodward, Managing Director at Anthem Venture partners.
