Forge Technologies Rolls Out Job Sharing At Mall of America
Los Angeles-based Forge Technologies, a startup developing job-sharing software which lets businesses share part-time labor, says it has rolled out at the Mall of America, the giant mall in Bloomington, Minnesota. According to Forge, it is in a partnership with the Mall of America, which is offering up businesses the ability to join Forge's network. Forge's software manages scheduling and hiring of employees, coordinating schedules between different businesses so that employees can work multiple shifts for different companies across multiple jobs. Forge's software lets businesses may interview, hire and train other employees from nearby businesses who are non-competitive in the network and looking for more hours. Financial details of the partnership with Mall of America were not announced. Forge is led by CEO Stacey Ferreira.
