Fullscreen Buys Video Game Content Site ScrewAttack
Los Angeles-based Fullscreen, the video content network operator, said Friday that it has acquired video game media site ScrewAttack. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. According to Fullscreen, the acquisition will significantly increase its presence in the game industry news and entertainment space. ScrewAttack runs a YouTube channel, website, as well as an annual gaming focused conference, SGC. Fullscreen said it would hire all of ScrewAttack's employees, who are based in Dallas, Texas.
