EVOTEK Buys AVTECH Integration

Solana Beach-based EVOTEK said today that it has acquired AVTECH Integrations, a company that provides video communications services. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. EVOTEK is led by CEO and Founder Cesar Enciso. The company provides IT advisory services.
