Globat.com Buys Newista

Los Angeles-based ISP Globat.com said today that it has acquired web hosting firm Newista. Financial terms were not disclosed. Globat is a provider of web hosting, and serves over 100,000 customers. Rocklin-based Newista was founded in 2003, and provides shared and dedicated web hosting services.
