GlySens Scores Funding For Glucose Monitoring Devices
San Diego-based GlySens, a startup developing implantable, long-term glucose monitoring sensors, has scored an investment round, according to investor West Health Investment Fund. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed. La Jolla-based West Health announced the funding along with the an investment in Virginia-based RxAnte, a provider of medication adherence and predictive analytics tools for the health care market. The funding came out of the $100M West Health Investment Fund, which was launched in October of 2011. More information »
