GoDocs Signs EverBank

Irvine-based GoDocs, a developer of commercial loan document automation software, says it has partnered with a specialty banking company, EverBank. According to GoDocs, it will 'streamline multifamily lending operations" for EverBank. Financial details of the link were not announced.
