Green Hills Rolls Out Enhancements For Freescale Chips
Santa Barbara-based Green Hills Software said this morning that it has released new software enhancements for its tools for the Freescale MPC5500 processor family. Green Hills has rolled out a new software optimization tool that reduces memory usage on the Freescale platform by up to 30 percent. The Green Hills tool targets makers of embedded automotive systems, allowing for less memory usage and better use of hardware. Green Hills provides embedded software development tools used by manufacturers to build and maintain software code.
