Greycroft Raises $130.7M For Digital Media Fund
Greycroft Partners, a digital media venture capital fund which is active in both Los Angeles and New York, said this morning that it has closed a $130.7M, second fund, Greycroft II. The firm--which is headed in LA by Dana Settle--said the new fund will focus on businesses in the digital media space. Greycroft said it will invest between $500,000 and $5M in firms from the new fund. LPs in the new fund include municipal and corporate pension funds and endowments led by JP Morgan Investment Advisors. Greycroft's local investments include Paidcontent (sold to Guardian Media), Sometrics, Crowdfusion, and United Sample, among others.
