ImmunityBio Gets $50M In PIPE

Culver City-based Immunity Bio, a publicly held company developing immunotherapy products, said this morning that it has raised $50M in an equity financing. According to the company, the funding was a registered direct offering with "multiple institutional investors". The placement agent on the offering was Jeffries LLC. Immunity Bio trades as IBRX on the NASDAQ.
