Infinity Ward Employees Sue Activision
A new front in the the dispute between Santa Monica-based Activision and former Infinity Ward founders Jason West and Vince Zampella has opened up, with the filing of a lawsuit by 38 developers from Infinity Ward. According to the lawsuit, which was uncovered by GameSpot, the 38 developers allege that Activision withheld $75M to $125M in royalties, in a breach of contract and violation of the California labor code. Infinity Ward founders Jason West and Vince Zampella earlier filed their own lawsuit against Activision, and Activision has also countersued the two developers.
