International Rectifier Names Board Member

El Segundo-based International Rectifier said Thursday that it has added Barbara L. Rambo to its board of directors. Rambo is CEO of Taconic Management Services, a management consulting firm, and also sites on the boards of PG&E, Union Bank, and West Marine. Rambo has also previously served as CEO of Nietech Corporation, among other experience.
