InVia Robotics Scores $30M More In Series C
Westlake Village-based warehouse robot developer inVia Robotics, which is led by Lior Elazary, says that it has raised $30M in a Series C funding round. The funding came from Microsoft's venture capital fund, M12, as well as Qualcomm Ventures, Hitachi Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Hitachi, Ltd., and prior investors Point 72, Upfront, and Embark. The company's warehouse robots are used for picking and placing products automatically, and help online, e-commerce retailers compete against similar technology used in-house at Amazon.
