Japa Health Raises $1.245M For Personalized Health
Laguna Niguel-based Japa Health announced on Wednesday that it has raised $1.245M in a seed funding round. The company said the funding was led by Arcsync Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of smart appliance company, Vesync Co., Ltd. According to Japa Health, the funding comes alongside a deal to power a health tracking application for VeSync. Japa Health said it is led by founder and CEO Sheryl Utal. The startup says it uses machine learning combined with "evidence-based, natural interventions based on both modern medicine and ancient wisdom."
