Josh.ai Finds $11M For Voice Activated Home Assistants
Jstar, the creators of Josh.ai, a voice activated home assistant, has raised $11M in funding, according to the company. The company has offices in Los Angeles, and is led by longtime LA serial entrepreneur Alex Capecelatro. Source of the funding was not announced. Capecelatro previously founded Yeti and AtThePool. Josh.ai was co-founded by CTO Tim Gill, who was founder of Quark, Inc. Josh.ai has a formidable competitor in Amazon, competing directly against Amazon's Alexa. More information »
