Koji Integrates With Mailchimp

San Diego-based app developer Koji, which develops apps for creators, said it has added new integration with Mailchimp. The company said it has added an Email Sign Up and Sign Up & Download, two feature which help its content creators collect email addresses of their clients. The new Mailchip integration is free. Koji says it has raised $36M in venture capital so far for the company. The company's backers include Jump Capital, HBSE Ventures, Electric Feel Ventures, Visary Capital, Metaversal, University Growth Ventures, Galaxy Interactive and BITKRAFT, and and a number of angels, including Shivakumar Rajaraman, Michael Eisner, and Francis Ma. The company's CEO and founder, Dmitry Shapiro, was founder of Veoh and also was CTO at MySpace.
