Lantern Credit Names John Mack As Chairman
Newport Beach-based fintech startup Lantern Credit said this morning that it has named John Mack, the former Chairman and CEO of Morgan Stanley, as Chairman of its board of advisors. Mack was previously CEO of Morgan Stanley, Co-CEO of Credit Suisse Group and CEO of Credit Suisse First Boston, and currently sits on the boards of Lending Club, Glencore International AG and Bloomberg Family Foundation. Lantern Credit said Mack joins its current board members, which include former Apple Chairman John Sculley, former Home Shopping Network President and CEO James Held, and others.
