LiveXLive Rolls New Music Streaming App
West Hollywood-based LiveXLive Media, which both produces live music content as well as owns the Slacker music streaming app, has rolled out a new, combined app which combines both livestreaming of music festivals, as well as ther personalized radio stations provided by Slacker. According to LiveXLive, the new, subscription app provides both Slacker's audio and personalization with live music event access. LiveXLive did not say how the release of the new app affects those currently using Slacker. The company said the app is free for download, however, it offers up premium subscription giving access to more than 100 on demand advertising-free live performances and more than forty live music events, as well as original music, pop culture, and episodic content, special live events, and curated audio stations with unlimited skips.
