Microsoft Updates FrontBridge Service
Microsoft has rolled out new branding for the hosted email services that was formerly Marina Del Rey-based FrontBridge's exchange hosted services. Microsoft said yesterday that it has changed the licensing model and branding for the hosted email service, changing it to Microsoft Exchange Hosted Services. The service has switched to a new, per-user licensing model, and the release of the service will now be aligned with MIcrosoft Exchange availability. The service offers virus filtering, message archiving, web based access to email, encryption, and other services. Microsoft acquired FrontBridge in August of 2005.
