MomentFeed Gets Investment From Digital Marketing Firm
Santa Monica-based MomentFeed, the provider of analytics software for tracking location-based check-in and other activity from Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, and Gowalla, said Monday that it has scored an investment from Rockfish Brand Ventures, the venture capital arm of Rockfish Interactive. Size of the round was not disclosed. Rockfish Interactive is a digital agency which serves such clients as Walmart, Sam’s Club, Cisco, and Tyson Foods. MomentFeed also said that Rockfish Interactive will become a strategic partner. MomentFeed is venture backed by such firms as DFJ JAIC and DFJ Frontier, as well as a number of local angel investors.
