NetSol Acquires Accounting Software Firm

Calabasas-based NetSol Technologies announced that it has agreed to acquire UK-based CQ Systems, a provider of accounting and administrative software and services. CQ Systems has annual revnues of approximately $5M, according to the company. CQ Systems provides accounting an dadministrative software to leasing and finance companies in Europe, Asia and Africa. Netsol provids solutions for the lease and finance industry, including consulting and application development to systems integration and outsourcing.
