Occam Networks Gains Broadband Provider
Santa Barbara-based Occam Networks reported earlier this week that it has signed on a 10,000 access line supplier of broadband to businesses and residences. According to Occam, it has signed on Sbastian, a Kerman California-based provider of voice, high speed Internet, and IPTV services, as a customer. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Sebastian has selected Occam's ADSL2Plus hardware to deploy its broadband services. Occam's hardware is used for deploying triple-play (voice, data, and video) broadband over both copper and fiber.
