On Assignment Completes Valesta Buy

Calabasas-based On Assignment, the publicly held provider of life sciences and technology temporary help, said this morning that it has completed its acquisition of Valesta, a European provider of specialized clinical research staffing. The deal had originally been announced in December. Valest is based in Mechelen, Belgium.
