OneRoof Energy Gets $100M In Funding
San Diego-based OneRoof Energy, which provides financing for solar power projects, said Thursday afternoon that it has raised $100M in new financing for residential solar projects. The funding comes from MS Solar Holdings, which is a subsidiary of Morgan Stanley, along with Main Street Power Company. OneRoof Energy said the deal also includes debt financing from the National Bank of Arizona. The company said it will use the new capital to make solar lease financing available through its MySolar finance program, which is available to homeowners in Arizona, California, Colorado, and Hawaii.
