Paperlinks Launches QR Codes For Business
Los Angeles-based Paperlinks, the developer of iPhone applications focused on QR codes and headed by Hamilton Chan, is announcing today that it has launched a new product to help businesses connect with customers. The firm said its platform allows users to create their own QR codes, to be used on printed business cards, menus, advertisements and other items, which will allow users to connect to content via its iPhone app and online. Paperlinks' features an iPhone app with special modules which allow businesses to show photos, videos, display a Twitter feed, and provide other information. Paperlinks is the publisher of the identically named iPhone application. QR codes are two dimensional barcodes, originally developed in Japan, which are being used to link mobile phone users with web and other content.
