Pasadena Angels Back Scientific Equipment Startup
The Pasadena Angels have backed developer of protein analysis equipment for the drug discovery and research market, investing $475,000 in a Series B for Wasatch Microfluidics, the group said this week. Wasatch Biofluidics is developing printing technology to deposit biomolecules on biosensor surfaces. The investment by the Pasadena Angels was led by Dr. Kevin Scanlon.
