ReachLocal Swizzles Execs, Loses Co-Founder
The executive turmoil over at Woodland Hills-based ReachLocal continues, as the company said yesterday that President and co-founder Nathan Hanks has resigned as an officer and director of the company. Reasons for the resignation was not given, however, the move follows the abrupt resignation of CEO and founder Zorik Gordon in September. ReachLocal said that Josh Claman, previously the Chief Revenue Officer at ReachLocal, has been appointed President in Hanks' place. Reason for Hanks' resignation was not announced by ReachLocal, which is currently seeking a new CEO.
