Scopely Buys FoxNext Games From Disney

Los Angeles-based mobile game developer Scopely is buying mobile game studio FoxNext Games Los Angeles, the studio behind the mobile game Marvel Strike Force. Financial terms of the sale were not announced. Disney acquired FoxNext Games Los Angeles when it purchased 20th Century Fox. The deal also includes Cold Iron Studios, which is another game developer owned by FoxNext. Marvel Strike Force apparently earned $150M in revenues in its first year.
