Semtech Names New Board Members

Camarillo-based semiconductor developer Semtech Corporation announced this morning that it has added two new members to its board of directors. The company said it added Gregory M. Fischer and Paul V. Walsh, Jr. to the body. Fischer was most recently Senior Vice President and General Manager at Broadcom, and also had served at Conexant Systems Inc., Rockwell International Corporation, and Rockwell Collins Avionics Co.; Walsh was most recently Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, and Treasurer at Allegro MicroSystems, and also had served at Rocket Software, Silicon Laboratories, PerkinElmer, Teradyne, and Analog Devices, among other companies.
