Slacker Launches New Stations With ABC
San Diego-based personalized Internet radio service Slacker has teamed with ABC, to expand out its content, the firm said today. According to the company, it has launched new "Lifestyle" stations, covering things such as healthy living, relationships, employment, fashion, technology, religion/spirituality, and consumer news, powered by sources from ABC. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Slacker said content will come from ABC's Good Morning America and other ABC content partners. The new stations will roll out in early 2012.
