TaskUs Plans Move To New Office At Santa Monica Airport
Santa Monica-based business process outsourcing provider TaskUs, which has been one of Southern California's fastest growing, tech related companies in the last few years, said on Wednesday that it is moving its headquarters to a space at the Santa Monica airport. The company said it is moving into a new, 6,193 square foot space--formerly, the restaurant Typhoon--where it expects to move in October. The company said its current headquarters has 55 employees, and it expects to support at least 70 by the end of 2017 in the new space. TaskUs now has over 7,000 employees, although most of them are in the Philippines. TaskUs is led by CEO Bryce Maddock, and helps outsource many of the back office tasks of both local startups as well as larger companies.
